OMG What food, Dave, Seattle, WA

The place was packed, but the kitchen was on their game, getting orders out. We sat with a view of the open kitchen and they were like a well-oiled machine.
The order would be finished and check and the Chef would clap his hands and a server would pick it up and serve it.
I saw the biggest bone in pork chop ever; the bone was 2 feet long.
Our appetizer platter covered the length of the table.
